'X-MEN' Awards – The Terrain X Rewards & Recognition Program:

This Program aims to help employees enhance their health, functional abilities and quality of life.

The program can be introduced either:

•	As a part of the ongoing rewards & recognition program for the employees, Or
•	As a part of the employee engagement program as a valued associate.

The 'X-MEN' Awards Program - Tangible and Intangible Benefits.
The X-MEN awards are aimed at employees who have 'gone the extra mile’ and performed over and above standard parameters in any particular period (Month or Quarter). They have displayed the 'X' factor in achieving extraordinary results for their team and organization.

This awards program has been designed as 'On The Spot Awards’ that can be handed out to employees at the discretion of the business / function head, in the form of X-MEN Vouchers, which can be redeemed at any of our sites.
